The Voice Yoga program is a series of videos that you can watch on line or download. There are three main workouts, plus introductory videos that give background theory to the exercises in the main workouts. Each workout has been carefully developed and tested to give the maximum benefit to the voice student. Each workout takes about ten minutes, and has a specific focus: the neck, the jaw, and the tongue. The benefit of the voice yoga program is to free these key muscle groups from harmful reflexes that cause the voice to tense up. Students notice their voices feeling more free, gaining range, and improved tone after two weeks of daily practice.
